• Access over 140 destinations visa-free or with visa-on-arrival, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and Europe’s Schengen Area.
• The only Caribbean citizenship by investment program with an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the USA, allowing citizens to apply for a non-immigrant visa after residing in Grenada for three continuous years.
• Citizenship can be transferred to new spouses and future generations.
• Include a spouse, children under 30, unmarried siblings aged 18 and o over, parents, and grandparents of the main applicant and spouse
• Grenada imposes no restrictions on dual citizenship.
• No minimum stay requirement.

To qualify for citizenship, the primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and satisfy one of the following two primary qualifying options:

• National Transformation Fund donation option: A minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 150,000 to the NTF for single applicants is required.
• Real estate option: Purchase a property worth at least USD 220,000 from a government-approved real estate project, along with an additional minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000. The property must be held for five years if resold to another citizenship by investment investor or can be sold at any time after purchase.
